These contact details are provided for privacy and website enquiries. Please do not send unsolicited advertising or cold-sales messages.
2. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Germany. The hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data as a processor in order to deliver the website and maintain secure operation.
Server logs may include the IP address, date and time, requested page or file, HTTP status, transferred data volume, referrer, and browser and operating-system information. Processing is necessary for secure and stable delivery, fault analysis and defence against abusive access. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.
According to the hosting provider’s publicly available information, server logs are retained for no more than seven days and are then deleted. Hosting takes place in Germany and therefore within the European Economic Area.
3. Small WordPress website without user functions
CampingBonusGuide.com is an informational WordPress website. It has no forms, newsletter, user accounts, booking or payment function, or public comments. No analytics or marketing services are used and no visitor profiles are created.
According to the current technical setup, no analytics or marketing cookies are used for signed-out visitors. Technically necessary WordPress login cookies relate only to authorised administrators and not to a public visit.
4. Contact outside the website
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide in order to handle and answer your enquiry. Depending on the subject, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other relevant enquiries. Our legitimate interest is the reliable handling of communications.
Contact data is deleted when the enquiry has been fully resolved unless statutory retention duties or necessary legal claims require further retention. Statutory periods apply to business correspondence that must be retained by law.
5. Personal Valamar referral link
Buttons leading to Valamar open an external Valamar website and contain a personal referral identifier. Only after you activate such a link does your browser connect to Valamar’s website. Its operator then receives connection data needed for the request, such as your IP address, time, browser information and, where transmitted, the referring page.
CampingBonusGuide.com does not operate the Valamar form or issue the voucher. You enter personal information directly on Valamar’s website; its operator controls that processing under the privacy information provided there.
The link is a personal referral link. Visitors pay no surcharge for using it. If a referred guest uses the voucher and completes the stay, the operator of CampingBonusGuide.com receives 50 Valamar Reward Euros.
6. Recipients
Personal data is available only to recipients that require it for the stated purposes. These may include the hosting provider and necessary technical service providers. Email or telecommunications providers may be involved when you contact us. Valamar receives connection data only after you activate the external link and processes it under its own responsibility.
